Title:
METAL NANO-CATALYST, PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR AND APPLICATION THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/206757
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of photo-thermal catalytic materials, and in particular, to a metal nano-catalyst, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The metal nano-catalyst comprises an inner core and a shell, and a gap layer is arranged between the inner core and the shell; the inner core is a cobalt particle aggregate; and the shell comprises a silicon dioxide layer and cobalt particles dispersed in the silicon dioxide layer. In the metal nano-catalyst provided by the present invention, the cobalt particle aggregate is a light absorption center, and the cobalt particles dispersed in the silicon dioxide layer serve as active sites, so that the metal nano-catalyst can show relatively high activity and stability in a photo-thermal environment. According to the present invention, the metal nano-catalyst is applied to a photo-thermal gas phase catalytic reaction, so that the problems that a supported photo-thermal catalyst is difficult to realize high catalytic activity, high stability and high light utilization efficiency can be effectively solved, and the finally obtained metal nano-catalyst has relatively excellent light absorption performance and catalytic performance.
