Microwave power is distributed by advancing feeding phases by a phase difference of 360˚/2N in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction with respect to microwave radiation elements (21a through 21d) which are rotation-symmetrically disposed about a reference line (10) on a plane located on the top surface (11b) side of a heating chamber (11).
