Provided are a heating mesh assembly (10) and an electronic cigarette (1). The heating mesh assembly (10) comprises a heating mesh (15), a first terminal (11), a second terminal (12), a first electrode (13) and a second electrode (14), wherein the heating mesh (15) is of a mesh structure made of a high-temperature resistant material, the first terminal (11) is fixedly connected to a first end (151) of the heating mesh (15), and the second terminal (12) is fixedly connected to a second end (152) of the heating mesh (15); the first electrode (13) is connected to the first terminal (11); and the second electrode (14) is connected to the second terminal (12). The heating mesh (15) is of a mesh structure and generates heat in a uniform manner. When the heating mesh (15) is in contact with oil guide cotton of the electronic cigarette (1), same are in full contact with each other, and the temperature rise rate is stable, thereby preventing the oil guide cotton from being burnt due to instantaneous excessive temperature rise, so that the service life of the electronic cigarette (1) is prolonged.
