Abstract:
A heat pump type heating system (1) includes a heat pump (101) that generates heat by using electric power supplied from an energy supplier (4), a heating device (103) that radiates heat generated by the heat pump (101) as a subject, and a heating system control unit (8) that allows the heat pump (101) to stop generating heat in a shutoff time period, and adds SOP heat quantity, which is heat quantity to be radiated from the heating device (103) in the shutoff time period in order to maintain the subject at a preset temperature, to the heat pump (101) in time periods before and after the shutoff time period, and then allows the heat pump (101) to generate heat, wherein the heating system control unit (8) allows the heat pump (101) to generate heat by distributing the SOP heat quantity in the time periods before and after the shutoff time period such that both of maximum values of power consumption in the respective time periods before and after the shutoff time period are not more than allowable peak electric power.
