Abstract:
A heavy-duty, high-power and large-torque chassis dynamometer in a multi-environment system. The chassis dynamometer comprises a dynamometric platform (1) arranged on the ground, and a stand (2) located below the dynamometric platform (1), wherein a fixed base (3) and a sliding base (4) are sequentially arranged on an inner side of the stand (2) in the length direction of the dynamometric platform (1); a pair of first rotating hub assemblies (6) are installed above the fixed base (3) by means of several supports (8); the sliding base (4) is provided with a sliding platform (5) thereon; a pair of second rotating hub assemblies (7) are installed on the sliding platform (5) by means of the several supports (8); tension sensor assemblies (13) are also connected to the outer circumference of the first rotating hub assembly (6) and the outer circumference of the second rotating hub assembly (7); and the tension sensor assemblies (13) are fixedly disposed on the supports (8). The dynamometer is characterized by having a stable structure and multiple testing functions, being heavy duty, and having a high power and a large torque; and the center distance between the two groups of rotating hub assemblies (6, 7) can be adjusted by means of fixed and sliding arrangement, thereby adapting to chassis dynamometric tests of different heavy-duty trucks.
