Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a heavy-floating combined beneficiation method for iron-rich high-sulfur sulfate slag, comprising: performing a screening-classification operation on the iron-rich high-sulfur sulfate slag; feeding first-stage cyclone grit and performing a gravity separation-screening operation to obtain first-stage spiral rough concentrate; combining and feeding first-stage spiral rough tailings and second-stage spiral tailings, and performing a screening-ore grinding-classification operation; and combining first-stage cyclone overflow and second-stage cyclone overflow, and performing a concentrated desliming-reverse flotation operation to obtain final concentrate having TFe content of greater than 62.0% and S content of less than or equal to 0.18%, wherein the flow of a reverse flotation system comprises a roughing operation and three cleaning operations. The method of the present invention features strong material adaptability, stable separating index, energy conservation and consumption reduction, and is particularly suitable for performing beneficiation treatment on the iron-rich high-sulfur sulfate slag having TFe content of 50.0-55.5% and S content of 0.7-1.2%.
