Abstract:
Disclosed is a beneficiation method for preparing an ultrapure iron concentrate from a magnetite concentrate, the method comprising: carrying out respectively one-stage grinding-grading-one-stage low intensity magnetic separation, concentration and dehydration of one-stage low intensity magnetic separation concentrate, two-stage grinding-grading, two-stage low intensity magnetic separation roughing-demagnetization-two-stage low intensity magnetic separation cleaning, demagnetization of two-stage low intensity magnetic separation clenaing concentrate-concentration operation: demagnetizing the obtained two-stage low intensity magnetic separation cleaning concentrate, and then carrying out concentration and reverse flotation operation, so as to finally obtain an ultrapure iron concentrate with TFe > 72.0%, a SiO 2 content of ≤0.20% and an acid non-soluble substance of ≤0.17%, and a high-purity iron concentrate with TFe > 70.7%. A collector for the reverse flotation operation of the present invention is pepared by heating and modifying dodecylamine and a glacial acetic acid solution at a mass ratio of 4 : 1. According to the method of the present invention, the beneficiation process flow is flexible, stable and reliable, has a strong applicability, and is efficient and energy-saving. The flotation reagent has excellent performances, such as simple preparation, wide sources, small dosage, good selectivity, and environmental friendliness.
