Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a height-above-ground-level measurement method capable of measuring the lowest height above ground level of a cable even when the three-dimensional point group data of the cable is insufficient; a height-above-ground-level measurement device; and a program. This height-above-ground-level measurement method is capable of obtaining three-dimensional point group data for a cable by forming a measurement range of a prescribed size above (height at which cable is positioned) the travel trajectory of a MMS. The number of three-dimensional point groups included in said measurement range is counted, and when the number equals or exceeds a threshold, the height thereof is measured as the measurement target. This height-above-ground-level measurement method does not model on the basis of three-dimensional point group data, and as a result, is capable of measuring the lowest height above ground level of the cable even when the three-dimensional point group data of the cable is insufficient.
