Abstract:
This home appliance comprises a main body, and a height adjustment device for adjusting the height of the main body from the ground. The height adjustment device comprises: a housing, which can be coupled to the lower portion of the main body; a leg which is disposed to pass through the housing, and which has a male screw part formed on the outer peripheral surface thereof; a worm wheel which is disposed in the housing, and which has, on the inner peripheral surface thereof, a female screw part corresponding to the male screw part of the leg, and thus is screw-coupled to the leg so as to be liftable/lowerable; a worm engaging with the worm wheel so as to rotate the worm wheel; and a worm shaft, which rotates the worm and can be separated from the worm. The housing includes a locking part for preventing the worm shaft coupled to the worm from breaking away toward the outside of the housing.
