Abstract:
According to the present invention, a low-pressure side cut-away region (1) for forming, inside a body (11), an internal flow passage facing in the axial direction of a pair of helical gears (25; 26) is formed communicating with a suction passage (32), wherein an angle between a straight line joining the axis of one of the pair of helical gears (25; 26) to an end portion of the low-pressure side cut-away region (1) on said helical gear side thereof, and a straight line joining the axes of the pair of helical gears (25; 26) is greater on the side on which the pair of helical gears (25; 26) in a meshed state first separate from one another, and is smaller on the side on which the pair of helical gears (25; 26) in a meshed state subsequently separate from one another.
