Abstract:

A hemopurifier package that with respect to the hemopurifier, especially permselective separation membrane material, reduces the increment of matter eluted due to deterioration attributed to aging after exposure to radiation rays and/or electron beams, and that is highly safe in the use in hemopurification therapy; and a process for producing the same. There is provided a hemopurifier package having, packed therein, a hemopurifier whose main part consists of permselective separation membranes, characterized in that the hemopurifier together with a deoxidizer is hermetically packed by means of a packaging material capable of blocking external air and water vapor under conditions of >40% relative humidity (RH) at 25°C.
