Abstract:
The present invention provides a collagen material with a local hemostatic or anticoagulant function. An amino acid polar group on a collagen peptide chain, such as carboxyl or amino, reacts, and electrical property of the polar group is changed, so that the local hemostatic material promoting blood coagulation or the anticoagulant material preventing the blood coagulation is obtained. The collagen material provided in the present invention can be implanted to exert the local hemostatic or anticoagulant effect; cells around an injured site can enter the collagen material to grow, thereby helping the healing of an injured tissue.
