Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of light emitting materials and organic light emitting diodes, and specifically relates to a phosphorescent Pt2M(M = Au(I), Ag(I), Cu(I)) heterotrinuclear metal organic alkyne complex, a synthesis method therefor, and use thereof as a phosphorescent material in an organic light emitting diode. The heterotrinuclear metal organic alkyne complex as shown in formula (I) of the present invention has strong phosphorescence emission in solution, solid and film. In the present invention, an organic light emitting device is assembled using a phosphorescent Pt2M heterotrinuclear metal organic alkyne complex as a light emitting material for the first time. The organic light emitting diode prepared by using the heterotrinuclear organic alkyne complex of the present invention as a luminescent layer dopant has high efficiency electroluminescence, and the external quantum conversion efficiency (EQE) is higher than 12.5%.
