Abstract:
Disclosed in the present utility model is a high-efficiency distillation column still in the technical field of distillation columns, comprising a distillation still body, a shaft rod being rotatably inserted into the middle of an inner cavity of the distillation still body, a stirring cylinder being fixed to the side surface of the shaft rod, a drainage hole being provided on both the side surface and the bottom of the stirring cylinder, one side of the top of the stirring cylinder being provided with a vapor outlet, and stirring balls being provided on the inner side wall of the stirring cylinder. By placing stirring balls in a stirring cylinder, the present utility model can increase the collision efficiency of liquid, so that heating is performed uniformly, thereby increasing the evaporation efficiency; in addition, during evaporation, residues remain in the stirring balls under the effect of evaporation, improving the quality of solid-liquid separation.
