Abstract:
The present application belongs to the technical field of industrial standard devices, and particularly relates to an environmentally friendly circulating discharging distillation tower comprising a tower kettle, wherein a distillation tower main body is fixed to the top end of the tower kettle, a feeding port is welded to one side of the distillation tower main body, a reboiler is inserted into and fixed to one side of the tower kettle by means of a guide pipe, a steam leading-in port is provided in one end of the reboiler, the diameter of the steam leading-in port is 5 cm, such that mixed steam can be conveniently led into the reboiler, a multi-manner rapid condensation structure is fixed to the top end of the tower kettle, and the lower end of the multi-manner rapid condensation structure is connected to a cooler by means of a guide pipe. In the present application, the multi-manner rapid condensation structure is carried in a device, such that the device can rapidly cool distillation discharge materials containing a large amount of volatile substances multiple times, and circulating discharge efficiency is increased; and a waste water recovering and storing structure is additionally arranged at a waste liquid discharge port of the reboiler, such that the effect on the environment is reduced in the use process of the device.
