Abstract:
A high-efficiency mixing and impurity removal apparatus for a textile auxiliary for textile production, relating to the technical field of textile raw material production, and comprising a mixing tank. The mixing tank is internally provided with a stirring mechanism; a liquid addition mechanism is provided on one side of the top end of the mixing tank; a solid addition mechanism is provided on the side of the top end of the mixing tank far away from the liquid addition mechanism; the liquid addition mechanism comprises a liquid addition pipe and a frame body; a filter screen is fixedly connected to the inner side of the frame body; and a sealing plate is fixedly connected to the outer wall of one side of the frame body. According to the present utility model, by providing the liquid addition mechanism and the solid addition mechanism, solid and liquid raw materials can be separately added, so that residual textile fibers of a recycled textile auxiliary in the liquid raw material can be separated by filtration, and by providing the filter screen inside the liquid addition pipe, the liquid raw material can be filtered, so that residual textile fiber impurities are prevented from entering the mixing tank, and the finished product quality of the textile auxiliary can be ensured.
