Abstract:
A textile roller mounting and fixing structure for textile production, comprising a bottom plate (1). Support seats (2) are provided at the top end of the bottom plate (1); there are two support seats (2) provided; the two support seats (2) are symmetrically arranged at the top end of the bottom plate (1); first sliding grooves (201) are formed in the top ends of the support seats (2); bearing seats (3) are provided at the top ends of the support seats (2); bearings (4) are fixedly mounted inside the bearing seats (3); bases (5) are fixedly connected to the bottom ends of the bearing seats (3); first sliding blocks (501) are fixedly connected to the bottom ends of the bases (5); the first sliding blocks (501) are slidably connected to the inner sides of the first sliding grooves (201); fixed plates (502) are fixedly connected to the two sides of each base (5); and a telescopic support mechanism (6) is provided on one side of each support seat (2). According to the mounting and fixing structure, support rings (7) are provided for supporting a roller first when the roller is disassembled and assembled, and the bearing seats (3) capable of moving linearly enable the bearing seats (3) and the bearings (4) to be directly separated or mounted at the two ends of the roller, such that the operation can be completed by one person, the disassembly and assembly precision is high, and the operation is simple and convenient.
