Abstract:
A high-efficiency pipe-tank flocculation device, comprising a pipe flocculator (1) and a static flocculation tank (2); the static flocculation tank (2) is connected to a rear end of the pipe flocculator (1), buffers and flocculates the material discharged from the pipe flocculator (1). Also comprised is a regulating tank (3), which is connected to a rear end of the static flocculation tank (2) and which regulates the pressure for the material discharged from the static flocculation tank (2) in order to float the flocculus. The flocculation device achieves a "first dynamic and then static" flocculation mode by first mixing thoroughly by using the pipe flocculator (1), which is followed by buffering by means of the static flocculation tank (2), thus achieving high flocculation efficiency and better flocculation performance, reducing water content and increasing solid recovery rate while having a large handling capability, and being suitable for a large range of concentrations. The well-designed structure of the pipe flocculator (1), the static flocculation tank (2) and the regulating tank (3) ensures a more stable and safe flocculation process, enables a long usage life, and reduces the usage amount of flocculation agents.
