Abstract:
A power generation device using animal manure biomass, which combines press drying and direct combustion of animal manure with combustion of press liquid biogas, and comprises: a device for converting animal manure biomass energy to heat energy, a device for recycling the heat energy of an exhaust steam and a flue gas, a device for coagulating the steam into water, a device for converting the heat energy and kinetic energy of the steam into mechanical energy and then converting the mechanical energy into electric energy, an external heat insulation and preservation device, an ash removing device and a device for clearing, transporting and recovering an animal manure biogas residue. The power generation device improves the actual utilization value of the animal manure biomass power generation.
