Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a high-frequency signal line that minimizes low-frequency noise. A signal line (S1) contains a line section (20) provided on the top surface of a dielectric sheet (18), a line section (21) provided on the bottom surface of said dielectric sheet (18), and a via-hole conductor (b1) that connects said line sections (20, 21) to each other. A ground conductor (22) includes a ground section (23) that extends along one line section (20), the ends (23a-2, 23a-3) of said ground section (23) being closer to said line section (20) than a middle part (23a-1) outside said ends (23a-2, 23a-3) is. Another ground conductor (24) includes another ground section (25) that extends along the other line section (21), the ends (25a-2, 25a-3) of said ground section (25) being closer to said line section (21) than a middle part (25a-1) outside said ends (25a-2, 25a-3) is. Another via-hole conductor (b3) connects one end (23a-2) to another end (25a-3).
