Abstract:
Provided is a high frequency switch circuit capable of switching with a high performance and a small power consumption and at a low cost without using a power source other than a control voltage. A high frequency switch circuit provided with: a first and a second rectifier circuit (12, 22) which respectively contain at least one rectifier element (D11, D12, D21, D22) such that the direction from the respective control terminals (CT1, CT2) to the ground (GND) becomes a forward direction as a consequence of the first and second rectifier circuits (12, 22) being connected to a point between the gate terminal of the respective MOSFET circuits (11, 21) and the respective control terminals (CT1, CT2) on one end and to the ground (GND) on the other end; and a connecting unit (3) to which the forward direction current input terminal side of at least one of the rectifier elements of the first and second rectifier circuits (12, 22) and the main terminal side of the first or second MOSFET circuit (11, 21) are connected.
