Abstract:
A high frequency switch of the present invention is provided with: a capacitor (4) connected between an input/output terminal (1) and an input/output terminal (2); a capacitor (5) connected between the input/output terminal (1) and an input/output terminal (3); an inductor (6), one end of which is connected to the input/output terminal (1); an inductor (7), one end of which is connected to the input/output terminal (2), and the other end of which is connected to the other end of the inductor (6); an inductor (8), one end of which is connected to the input/output terminal (1); an inductor (9), one end of which is connected to the input/output terminal (3), and the other end of which is connected to the other end of the inductor (8); a transistor (10), the drain terminal of which is connected to the other end of each of the inductors (6, 7), and the source terminal of which is grounded; and a transistor (13), the drain terminal of which is connected to the other end of each of the inductors (8, 9), and the source terminal of which is grounded.
