Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a high-frequency treatment instrument for an endoscope that can stably fix a knife on a treatment instrument provided with a knife on the distal end of a snare. A high-frequency treatment instrument for an endoscope comprises: a sheath (5); a linear object (4) that is disposed inside the sheath (5); a conductive wire (2) that comprises a first wire portion (2A) and a second wire portion (2B) that each extend in the near-far direction of the sheath (5), wherein the proximal end of the first wire portion (2A) and the proximal end of the second wire portion (2B) are fixed to the linear object (4); and a conductive distal tip (1) that is connected to each of the distal end of the first wire portion (2A) and the distal end of the second wire portion (2B). The sheath (5) comprises, from the proximal side, a large diameter portion and a small diameter portion having an inner diameter smaller than the large diameter portion. At least one of the first wire portion (2A) and the second wire portion (2B) is in contact with the inner wall of the sheath (5) in the small diameter portion.
