Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a high-load and low-loss inertial superconducting magnetic suspension micro-force measurement device, comprising a refrigerating machine, a thermal shield, a sample rack, a superconducting array, an adapter flange, a mounting platform, a rack, a vacuum housing, a permanent magnetic floating platform, a rotational speed sensor, a damper and an electromagnetic bearing; the vacuum housing provides necessary vacuum working conditions for the refrigerating machine, and the two-stage GM refrigerating machine cools the superconducting array, so that the temperature of the superconducting array is far below a critical temperature, greatly improving the superconducting performance thereof, thereby improving the suspension stability. The electromagnetic bearing is used for unloading, and a superconducting bearing provides a horizontal constraint force to maintain suspension stability; during measurement, the whole measured thrust system is in a suspension supporting state, which completely eliminates interferences from the self-weight of a thruster, a propellant and an internal force generated during a power supply process, and realizes accurate measurement of a micro-force.
