Abstract:
A high-magnesium alloy color-coated aluminum plate belongs to the technical field of steel structure buildings, and comprises an aluminum substrate. The aluminum substrate has a surface evenly coated with a fluorocarbon coating, and is a 5000-series high-magnesium alloy aluminum plate. The fluorocarbon coating is coated on the surface of the aluminum substrate by means of a pre-roll coating process and a high-temperature baking process. The high-magnesium alloy color-coated aluminum plate is characterized by high corrosion resistance, improved strength, a long-lasting pleasing appearance, environmental friendliness, cost effectiveness, and a long service life, and can replace color steel plates to serve as wall panels and roof panels for steel structure buildings.
