Title:
HIGH-PERFORMANCE, NARROW-BAND FLUORESCENT POWDER AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/098148
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a high-performance, narrow-band fluorescent powder, and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1: dissolving a hexafluoromanganic acid salt in an HF solution, and adding under agitation a silicon-containing chemical compound and a cesium-containing chemical compound, obtaining a mixed solution; S2: performing a coprecipitation reaction at -40 to -10ºC, obtaining a precipitate, then centrifugating, washing and drying, obtaining a crude Cs2SiF6:Mn4+ fluorescent powder product; S3: adding the crude Cs2SiF6:Mn4+ fluorescent powder product to an acid solution, adding a reducing solution under agitation conditions, then agitating, centrifugating, washing and drying, obtaining a high-performance, narrow-band fluorescent powder. The preparation method provided in the present invention is low-cost, simple, easily performed, has excellent performance, and is appropriate for large-scale industrial production; external quantum efficiency of the obtained high-efficiency, narrow-band fluorescent powder is high, and moisture-resistant functionality is good.
