Abstract:

A zero-starch no-binder shrimp fry starter compound feed. The raw materials comprise, in mass percentage, 15-50% antarctic krill powder, 10-25% enzymatic protein, 3-10% bloodworm, 2-5% beer yeast, 5-8% earthworm, 4-10% artemia, 5-10% fresh squid, 2-10% sandworm, 1-3% phospholipid, 3-10% oyster, 1-2.5% fish oil, 1-2% of a vitamin mixture, 1-3% of a mineral element mixture, 2-4% of an immunity enhancer, 1-5% EPA and 1-6% DHA. All the raw materials are ground and mixed evenly, water is added for emulsification, vacuum freeze-drying is performed under low-temperature conditions of -50°C to -100°C, and homogenization, puffing, spraying, drying, screening and cooling are performed to obtain the shrimp fry starter compound feed. The nutrient structure, dissolution rate and feed suspension physical properties have been comprehensively considered in terms of bioactive bait physical properties, the feed is rich and even in terms of nutrition, attractive and easy to digest and absorb, promotes fish fry growth, and increases the survival rate.
