Abstract:
A high-plasticity soluble magnesium alloy material capable of being rapidly dissolved, and a preparation method therefor, comprising 1) preparation, 2) smelting, 3) refining, 4) casting, 5) homogenization treatment, 6) hot extrusion, and 7) aging treatment. The produced soluble magnesium material is high in mechanical strength, good in plasticity, and capable of being rapidly dissolved in a salt solution, exerts excellent tensile strength and plastic tensile strength in performance test, has an obvious elongation at break, and proves that soluble magnesium has good plasticity.
