To provide a highly-stretchable aluminum alloy exhibiting excellent mechanical properties such as strength and an improved elongation percentage, which provides improved workability, so that the aluminum alloy can be obtained at a high yield.SOLUTION: An aluminum alloy comprises: an aluminum-based matrix; and a nonmetal element solidified in the aluminum-based matrix, wherein stacking fault energy of the aluminum alloy is decreased compared to that of pure aluminum.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1a
