Disclosed is a high-precision bailing-type oil-pumping unit for petroleum exploitation, the oil-pumping unit comprising a wellhead sealer (1) and an oil-pumping unit frame (2), wherein a guide rail frame (3) is provided above the oil-pumping unit frame (2); a pumping force sensor (4) is provided between the guide rail frame (3) and the oil-pumping unit frame (2); angle-steel-shaped limiting plates (5) are fixed to four corners of the oil-pumping unit frame (2); two guide rails (6) distributed one behind the other are arranged left and right on the guide rail frame (3); on the guide rails (6), an oil extraction trolley (7) is provided and moves left and right along the guide rails; the oil extraction trolley (7) is provided with a winding drum (8) and a deceleration brake electric motor (9), with an output shaft of the deceleration brake electric motor (9) being connected to the axis of the winding drum (8); and a centering mechanism and a driving mechanism, which are distributed one behind the other, are provided on the oil-pumping unit frame (2). In this way, a flexible sucker rod (16) is aligned with the wellhead sealer (1) at all times, and the flexible sucker rod (16) and the winding drum (8) are arranged in order without squeezing each other, guaranteeing accurate oil pumping of the flexible sucker rod (16).
