Abstract:
A high-precision steel-ball single-machine three-water-tank fine grinding production process in the field of 5G communications, in which a 3M4680 steel ball grinder (1) is used to grind steel balls; the steel ball grinder (1) is provided with three water tanks in a matching manner; the three water tanks are connected to a liquid return port of the steel ball grinder (1) by means of a liquid inlet pipeline (5) and are respectively a first water tank (2), a second water tank (3), and a third water tank (4), and the three water tanks are connected in parallel and are switched by means of a valve mounted on the liquid inlet pipeline (5); liquid is supplied to the liquid return port of the steel ball grinder (1) by means of one water tank individually, a water pump (6) is mounted on the liquid inlet pipeline (5), circulation liquid is injected into the three water tanks respectively, 100 ml of coarse grained abrasives are further injected into the first water tank (2), and 20-30 ml of 2t-type abrasives are further injected into the third water tank (4); and a loading size of the steel balls is +15 um. The process steps are as follows: 1) loading and starting; 2) ball feeding; 3) primary grinding; 4) cleaning; 5) secondary grinding; and 6) ball unloading. Merely by means of automatic switching of water tanks, the grinding of steel balls can be achieved by one grinder.
