A high pressure vessel fastening unit according to the present invention comprises: a band having a ring-shape surrounding a circumference of a high pressure vessel and having an end fixed to a frame for fixing the high pressure vessel in a state where the band surrounds the high pressure vessel; a fastener having one side coupled to an end of the band and the other side extending toward the frame to pass through the frame and having a thread formed on an end of the other side; a nut fastened to the thread of the fastener to fix the band and the fastener to the frame; and an elastic part positioned between the nut and the frame to always maintain a state where the band is in close contact with a rim of the high pressure vessel. The fastener may comprise: a bolt fixing pin coupled to the end of the band, having an insertion groove formed on the center thereof, and having a through hole formed in the insertion groove; and a bolt extending through the through hole of the bolt fixing pin, having a head part to be seated in and locked with the insertion groove of the bolt fixing pin so as to prevent rotation, and having a thread formed on an end thereof to be fastened to the nut.
