Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a high-reliability stacked solid-state aluminum electrolytic capacitor and a manufacturing method therefor. The high-reliability stacked solid-state aluminum electrolytic capacitor comprises a plurality of capacitor cores, rivets, a housing, and a cover plate; the plurality of capacitor cores are stacked in sequence and then are fixedly connected in the housing by means of the rivets to form a capacitor semi-finished product; and the capacitor semi-finished product is covered by the cover plate and sealed to form the solid-state aluminum electrolytic capacitor. According to the present invention, an inorganic packaging housing with the housing and a welded sealing cover is used, and the air tightness is better than that of a traditional resin packaging housing, so that the present invention is more suitable for being applied to a complex environment and the field with high reliability requirements. Moreover, a ceramic shell having an I-shaped inner cavity is used to be matched with an I-shaped core, an anode part of the core is led out via a riveting-welding method, and an insulating sealant is filled outside the anode part of the core for secondary fixing and protection, so that the core is effectively clamped and fixed, delamination caused by poor welding of an anode of a traditional core is improved, and the stability of core pack bonding is ensured.
