Abstract:
A sintering production line (10), and a sagger recovery system (200) and method. The sagger recovery system (200) is used for being connected to a sintering production line body (100) for a positive electrode material. The sagger recovery system (200) comprises a sorting apparatus (210), a purging apparatus (220), an impregnating and drying apparatus (230), a sintering apparatus (240) and a transfer device. The sorting apparatus (210) is used for sorting saggers so as to select a sagger to be processed. The purging apparatus (220) is used for purging the sagger to be processed. The impregnating and drying apparatus (230) is used for impregnating and drying the purged sagger to be processed. The sintering apparatus (240) comprises a kiln (242) and a conveyor belt (244). A sintering working channel is formed in the kiln (242). The conveyor belt (244) is provided with a feed area (244a) and a discharge area (244b) at two sides of a feed port and a discharge port of the kiln (242) respectively. Thus, the space occupied by the sintering production line is reduced; by means of "making use of all energy available", the kiln (242) or the residual heat of the kiln (242) is utilized to sinter saggers, so that waste of heat energy is avoided, thereby solving the problem of high heat energy loss caused when traditional sintering production lines are idle or shut down.
