Abstract:
A high-rigidity multilayer base material-based lamination apparatus and method. The lamination apparatus comprises a rack (26), and, successively arranged from left to right, a first unit (1), a second unit (2), a third unit (3) and a fourth unit (4), the upper portion of the left side of the rack (26) being provided with a channel-type drying box (5), and the upper portion of the third unit (3) being provided with a high mount unreeling unit (6). According to the structural characteristics of the base material types, functional layer sequence, etc. of a laminated structure to be produced consisting of high-rigidity base materials, a proper lamination machine type and film conveying path are selected, so that bonding glue of a surface layer and a middle layer is a solvent-type or water-based adhesive subjected to engraving concave roller coating or flexibly coating, and bonding glue of an inner layer and the middle layer is subjected to a solvent-free multi-roller transfer coating way, so that material tapes continuously work and are successively laminated so as to complete all processes of lamination at a time, thereby forming a laminated product of a high-rigidity base material three-layer laminated structure. The production of a high-rigidity base material three-layer structure may reduce turn-on frequency, shortens auxiliary time, transfer time and curing time, and reduces material turnover frequency as well as working hours of workers, while shortening a production period and reducing a rejection rate and comprehensive production cost.
