A transmission structure of a counterweight-free car camera crane, comprising a servo electric cylinder and a stabilizer pull bar assembly, the servo electric cylinder being arranged on a main body structure frame and connected to the stabilizer pull bar assembly to push the stabilizer pull bar assembly, the stabilizer pull bar assembly being connected to an arm body butt joint member, the servo electric cylinder acting on the arm body butt joint member by means of the stabilizer pull bar assembly, an arm support structure comprising gas springs, and the gas springs being arranged on the side portions of the servo electric cylinder, and connected to the stabilizer pull bar assembly. Since the stabilizer pull bar assembly is driven by the servo electric cylinder to act on the arm body butt joint member, the motion direction of the servo electric cylinder changes, and an acting force of the servo electric cylinder changes from a pulling force to a pushing force, thus changing the stress structure of the servo electric cylinder, avoiding damage of a servo electric cylinder structure caused by a pulling force, well protecting the structure of the servo electric cylinder, improving equipment safety, and prolonging the service life of the servo electric cylinder.
