Abstract:
A high-speed low-power-consumption trigger, comprising a control signal generating circuit, an enabling unit and a latch structure, wherein the latch structure includes two input terminals, two output terminals, two enabling terminals, a second enabling terminal and an ground terminal, the enabling unit includes two enabling circuits, the output signal X of the control signal generating circuit and an external control signal D serve as an input signal of a first enabling circuit, the output terminal of the first enabling circuit is connected to a first enabling terminal, the output signal X of the control signal generating circuit and the inverted signal DB of the external control signal D serve as an input signal of a second enabling circuit, the output terminal of the second enabling circuit is connected to the second enabling terminal. Compared with a traditional structure, the trigger structure has a simple circuit structure, and the parasitic capacitance of the output terminal of the latch is small, thereby improving the trigger speed without static power consumption.
