Abstract:
A high-strength micro-drill drilling device comprises a base (1), a transmission assembly (2), a drilling assembly (3) and a micro-drill bit (4); a reinforcing fiber layer (5) is arranged in the micro-drill bit (4), and a reinforcing polyurethane composite material layer (6) is arranged at the right side of the reinforcing fiber layer (5); a reinforcing rib layer (7) is arranged at the right side of the reinforcing polyurethane composite material layer (6), a cushioning pad (8) is fixedly connected to the right side of the reinforcing rib layer (7), and a structure used for clamping an external workpiece is fixedly connected to the front face of the base (1). Additionally comprised is a drilling method of the high-strength micro-drill drilling device, capable of increasing the strength of a micro-drill and solving the problem of insufficient micro-drill strength.
