Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of polymer materials, and to a high thermal-insulation and flame-retardant fiber thread and a manufacturing method therefor, and a high thermal-insulation and flame-retardant sunshade fabric manufactured based on the fiber thread and a manufacturing method therefor. The high thermal-insulation and flame-retardant fiber thread in the present invention comprises a polyester fiber used as the core and a high thermal-insulation and flame-retardant PVC composite material layer covering the surface of the polyester fiber. The high thermal-insulation and flame-retardant PVC composite material layer is formed by a high thermal-insulation and flame-retardant PVC paste composite material covering the surface of the polyester fiber by means of dipping and heating plasticization processes. The high thermal-insulation and flame-retardant fabric in the present invention is manufacturing by weaving the high thermal-insulation and flame-retardant fiber thread having a diameter of 0.3-0.5 mm and heat setting. The high thermal-insulation and flame-retardant sunshade fabric having a warp and weft structure, a porosity of 1% to 5%, a thickness of 0.40-0.75 mm, and a fabric weight of 350 g/m 2 to 500 g/m 2. The PVC composite material on the surface of the high thermal-insulation and flame-retardant fiber thread in the present invention has high reflection, thermal-insulation, and flame-retardant properties, and the use of the fiber thread to manufacture a sunshade fabric can achieve high thermal-insulation and flame-retardant properties without changing the appearance structure of the fabric.
