Abstract:
A high-yield vamp 3D printing system, comprising a conveying device (20), an ultraviolet light chamber (50), a drying oven (60), a plurality of printing stations (30) arranged on the conveying device, a plurality of holding seats (40) and a computer electric connection device (70), wherein each printing station has a displacement device (31) and a plurality of detachable printing nozzle heads (33). The vamp 3D printing system can print a plurality of vamp bodies (A) simultaneously, and two or more nozzle heads can be used to print a vamp decorative pattern having colours and variations of thick and thin lines with a high accuracy with regard to printing position; furthermore, the manufacturing cost can be reduced and the manufacturing process can be simplified.
