Abstract:
A highly integrated intelligent power module and an electrical device. The highly integrated intelligent power module comprises: a rectifier bridge (20) for connecting to an alternating-current power source and rectifying the alternating-current power source into a direct-current power source; a control module (10) for outputting a first control signal and a second control signal; a power switch module (30) for operating according to the first control signal, so that a PFC circuit composed thereof performs power factor correction on the direct-current power source; a plurality of power modules (40) for driving corresponding loads for operation according to the second control signal and the power factor corrected direct-current power source; and a mounting substrate (100), the control module (10), the rectifier bridge (20), the power switch module (30) and the plurality of power modules (40) being integrated on the mounting substrate (100). The invention solves the problem that when an electrical control panel uses a plurality of discrete components, there are a large number of components, which leads to complicated assembly of an air conditioner, and the power consumption thereof is high, and the heat emitted is also substantial, resulting in low thermal efficiency of the air conditioner and not benefitting energy saving of the air conditioner.
