Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a perovskite solar cell which has a larger size, a higher photoelectric conversion efficiency and higher reliability. A perovskite solar cell which comprises a transparent conductive supporting body, an electron blocking layer, a perovskite layer, an electron transport layer, a hole blocking layer and a backside electrode, and which is characterized in that both the electron blocking layer and the hole blocking layer contain an inorganic material.
