Title:
HOLDER FOR CONTAINERS WITH BENT EDGE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/104824
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Holder for containers with bent edge is intended for holding containers with bent edge for storing food, waste, flowers, and various small objects in catering facilities, households, workshops and other spaces. The holder (A) has a base (1) on which the rear projection (2), the front projection (3) and the channel (4) are made. According to the dimensions of the sides of the bent edge (C) of the container (B), the sides of the front projection (3) and the channel (4) are dimensioned. Along the slope (5) of the front projection (3), the bent edge of the container slides easily into the recessed portion of the channel (4) in the rear projection (2). After placing the container on the holder, the top of the bent edge (C) leans on the upper side of the recessed portion of the channel (4), and the inner horizontal side of the bent edge (C) leans on the upper horizontal side of the front projection (3), which guarantees that the container stands firmly and securely on the holder (A). The holder is by a rear projection (2) fixed to a flat, vertical surface such as a food cutting board, an object wall, a furniture element or other suitable solid surface.

Description:
HOLDER FOR CONTAINERS WITH BENT EDGE

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

1. FIELD OF APPLICATION

The invention relates to a holder for containers with bent edge.

According to the International Patent Classification, the subject matter of the invention belongs to area A - human necessities, class A47 - domestic articles, subclass A47G - household equipment, A47G 29/00 - supports, holders, or containers for household use.

2. TECHNICAL PROBLEM

Containers with bent edge, such as catering and household gastro containers, are suitable for storing different contents at different places in the space. Therefore, there was a need to make such holders on which containers with bent edge can be easily placed and easily removed, and on which containers, when placed, stand firm and secure.

The technical problem solved by the present invention relates to the manufacture of holders that would be fixed in a convenient place for the installation of containers with bent edge that store various contents such as food, waste, flowers, seedlings and various small objects in catering, household, workshops and other spaces.

3. STATE OF THE ART

It is not known that there is a similar holder for containers with bent edge.

4. ESSENCE OF THE INVENTION

The essence of the invention is a holder for containers with bent edge.

The holder for containers with bent edge has a base with rear and front projections. Between the projections there is a channel that is partially recessed into the rear projection . The front projection has a slope along which the bent edge of the container slides easily into the channel and the recessed portion of the channel in the rear projection. The channel extends the entire length of the holder. The front projection, the channel and the recessed portion of the channel in the rear projection are arranged in a certain proportion with respect to the bent edge of the container, which guarantees a firm and secure reception of the container with the bent edge.

Holder for containers with bent edge is used in a way to fix it to a suitable support in the space and to place on it containers with bent edge for various purposes.

6. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION EMBODIMENT AND FUNCTIONING

Holder A according to this invention is intended for holding containers B with bent edge C.

Holder for containers with bent edge

Holder A has a base 1 on which the rear projection 2, front projection 3 and channel 4, Figs. 1 , 2, 3 and 4 are made.

Rear projection 2 is higher than front projection 3. Channel 4 is formed between the rear and front projections. Channel 4 is partially recessed into the rear projection 2. The recessed portion of the channel serves to retain the bent edge C of container B in the recessed portion of channel 4, when inserted into the channel 4, in such a way that the top of the bent edge C leans on the upper side of the recessed channel portion so that the container B, after being placed on the holder, stands firmly and securely on holder A. Channel 4 extends along the entire length of holder A.

A slope 5 at an angle a of up to 45% is made on the front projection 3, between the inner vertical side and the upper horizontal side of the front projection 3, towards the channel 4. The bent edge C of the container B slides easily down the slope 5 into the channel 4 and the recessed portion of the channel 4 in the rear projection 2. Instead of the slope, a slight rounding of the front projection can be performed, thus achieving the same effect that the bent edge C of the container B easily slides into the channel 4.

Containers with bent edge

Containers B with bent edge C, Fig. 5, are, for example, gastro containers used in catering and household.

The dimensions of the sides of the front projection 3, the channel 4 and the recessed portion of the channel 4 in the rear projection 2 of the holder A are adjusted according to the dimensions of the sides of the bent edge C of the container B to be placed on the holder.

The dimensions of the sides of the bent edge C of the container B, shown in enlarged detail D in Fig. 6, according to which dimensions the holder A is made, are indicated by the marks where:

- M, is the width of the inner horizontal side of the bent edge

- T T is the width of the top of the bent edge

- Ri is the height of the top of the bent edge

- V T is the width of the bent edge from the end of the inner horizontal side to the beginning of the top of the bent edge

- Y, is the height of the bent edge from the inner horizontal side of the bent edge to the lower outer side of the top of the bent edge.

The dimensions of the sides of the front projection 3, the channel 4 and the recessed portion of the channel 4 in the rear projection 2 of the holder A, shown in Fig. 2, are indicated by the marks M, T, R, V, Y and a, where:

- M is the width of front projection 3 - T is the depth of the recessed portion of the channel 4 in the rear projection 2

- R is the height of the recessed portion of the channel 4 in the rear projection 2 and the height of the inner vertical side of the front projection 3 up to the slope 5

- V is the width of the channel 4 between the front and rear projections

- Y is the height of the outer vertical side of the front projection 3

- a is the angle at which the slope 5 on the front projection 3 is made between the inner vertical side and the upper horizontal side of the front projection 3.

According to the dimensions of the sides of the bent edge C of the container B, the sides of the front projection 3, channel 4 and the recessed portion of channel 4 in the rear projection 2 of holder A are dimensioned, so that the dimension ratio of the sides is as follows:

M < Mi

T ³ T,

R ³ R,

V > V !

Y > Y,

a < 45°

The height and width of the rear projection 2 and the height and width of the base 1 are arbitrary.

The length of the rear projection 2, base 1 and front projection 3 is arbitrary.

Container B with bent edge C, Fig.7 and 8, is mounted on holder A in a way that container B is placed in an oblique position relative to holder A so that the bent edge C of container B slides across the slope 5 of the front projection 3 and enters channel 4. Then container B returns to the horizontal position and leans on the front projection 3 whereby the bent edge C enters the recessed portion of the channel 4 in the rear projection 2. In this way the container with bent edge stands firmly on the holder because it leans on two points: the top of the bent edge C leans on the upper side of the recessed portion of the channel 4 in the rear projection 2, and the inner horizontal side of the bent edge C leans on the upper horizontal side of the front projection 3. Instead of one front projection, on the base 1 of the holder, at certain arbitrary intervals several front projections 3 are made and one common rear projection 2, Fig. 9, which holder is suitable for mounting on the food cutting boards F, and on which more containers with bent edge can be placed, Fig. 10.

The holder A is by the rear projection 2 fixed to a flat vertical support E, Fig. 8, by means of screws, adhesive or other suitable means. Supports are food cutting boards, an object wall, a furniture element, or other suitable solid surface.

Holder for containers with bent edge is used to hold containers of different sizes and with different contents. Depending on the size of the container and the weight of the contents in the container, the size of the holder is determined.

Depending on the purpose of the containers, the size, appearance and material of the container are adapted to the contents that will be held in them.

For placing one container with bent edge, depending on the size of the container, at least one holder is required to hold the container.

The holder is made of wood, plastic, metal or other suitable material.
