Provided is a holder that securely fixes a weight to a main body by reducing positional misalignment of an elastic member which fixes the weight to an inner circumferential surface of the main body, and that is capable of reducing vibration of the main body. A holder comprises: a main body that has a rod shape extending from a first end face to a second end face along a central axis, and has a large-diameter portion as a recess extending from the first end face to the second end face; a weight positioned in the large-diameter portion; a ring-shaped first elastic member; and a lid body press-fitted into the large-diameter portion from the first end face side. An inner circumferential surface of the large-diameter portion has a first region located on the first end face side, and a second region located nearer to the second end face than the first region. The first elastic member abuts the inner circumferential surface of the large-diameter portion in the second region, and fixes the weight to the inner circumferential surface. The surface roughness of the second region is greater than the surface roughness of the first region.
