Abstract:
The present invention provides a holder wherein positional misalignment of a head part is reduced with respect to a body. The holder comprises: a body that extends along the central axis L; a head part which is disposed closer to the leading end than the body and to which a cutting insert is to be attached; and an elastic member that comes into abutment with a lid of the body and the head part. The lid has: a recess that sinks toward a rear end; and a first hole that extends from a bottom surface of the recess. The head part has: a projection that protrudes toward the rear end and is fitted into the recess; and a second hole that extends from a top surface of the projection so as to be connected to the first hole. The recess has a first connection surface that is connected to the bottom surface and slopes toward a first end side, and the projection has a second connection surface that is connected to the top surface and slopes toward the first end side. The elastic member is in abutment with each of the first connection surface and the second connection surface.
