Abstract:

A hollow microparticle comprising: a) a hollow microsphere, b) a plurality of connecting molecules connected to the surface of the microsphere, c) a polypeptide connected to at least one connecting molecule, and d) a target molecule connected to at least one connecting molecule. The hollow microsphere is capable of utilizing the hollow structure, the polypeptide, and the target molecule to increase the amount of cells carried and the probability of a successful transplant. Also provided are a preparation method for the hollow sphere and a cell carrier.
