Abstract:
Disclosed are a hollow panel all-ceramic filter membrane element and a preparation method. The hollow panel all-ceramic filter membrane element is constituted of a ceramic panel membrane made by coating a hollow panel ceramic membrane support body with a ceramic membrane liquid, a ceramic plug, and a high-temperature inorganic adhesive between the membrane and the ceramic plug. The problem, in ceramic membrane elements, that an organic material easily corrodes or dissolves, is solved by making a ceramic plug of an organic material and changing an organic adhesive into an inorganic adhesive.
