Abstract:
This hollow stabilizer (1) is formed in a hollow shape and has bent portions (1c1, 1c2, m1-m5), wherein, with the thickness of the inner side of the bent portions (1c1, 1c2, m1-m5) being thicker than the outer side of the bent portions (1c1, 1c2, m1-m5), electrical heating, cooling, and quenching are carried out to make the hardness of the outer side of the bent portions (1c1, 1c2, m1-m5) greater in comparison to the inner side of the bent portions (1c1, 1c2, m1-m5).
