Abstract:
A hollow wall panel and a machining method therefor. The hollow wall panel comprises: an upper substrate (2), a lower substrate (3), and a cladding layer (1). The upper substrate (2) has a decorative surface and a rear surface disposed opposite of each other. The cladding layer (1) fits to the decorative surface. Multiple ribbing members (21) are provided on the rear surface. The lower substrate (3) fits to each of the multiple ribbing members (21), and is disposed opposite of the upper substrate (2). A temperature difference stress of the lower substrate (3) on the upper substrate (2) is equal to the temperature difference stress of the cladding layer (1) on the upper substrate (2). The lower substrate (3) in the hollow wall panel ensures wall panel flatness by eliminating deformation of a wall panel having one cladding surface due to a temperature difference. In addition, all of the components are industrially manufactured in a factory, facilitating simple on site assembly. The invention has a simple structure and is light weight, thereby improving mounting efficiency, reducing technical requirements for mounting performed by a laborer, and reducing labor costs. In addition, the invention eliminates the need to bond the wall panel on site, is environmentally friendly, and causes no pollution.
