Abstract:
The present invention relates to a home appliance allowing an accommodation space provided therein to be seen from outside via a viewing window without opening a door. In the home appliance according to the present invention, a viewing window is installed in the door, and when a user knocks on the door, a knock input from the user is sensed and an inside of the accommodation space is illuminated such that the inside of the accommodation space can be seen from outside through the viewing window. Therefore, the user can see the internal accommodation space by performing a simple motion without opening the door.
